WHIMSY Floral Design
The Hotel 1928 ballroom set for reception, with flower-wrapped hoop installations framing the stage beneath crystal chandeliers

A Whimsy wedding

Hotel 1928

Waco, Texas

A spring palette of blush, apricot, butter and porcelain blue — set against a black-and-ivory ballroom and crystal at every turn.

Two brass hoops wrapped in garden roses, delphinium and trailing greenery each suspended a crystal chandelier over the dance floor. Tall gilded centerpieces rose above long tables lined with bud bouquets and taper candles, while round tables held low gold compotes of ranunculus, garden roses and bells of Ireland.
